Technical Meetings are held on an ongoing basis to discuss pending and current jobs to ensure that queries are resolved and everyone has the opportunity to voice their opinion and contribute to problem solving.

Guy strongly believes that individual performance is improved where there are clear targets set.  Consistent feedback and interaction between colleagues have become a critical factor in improving the overall effectiveness and performance of an individual as well as a Team.
